HOSPITALITY: Please visit our Hospitality Building (near the rodeo office/see map below) to pickup your welcome packet! Each contestant will receive a dinner voucher to use at designated vendors and a companion gate entry for the general seating section. We will also have grab and go snacks & drinks, a place to kick up your feet and enjoy great conversation with fellow contestant and long-time rodeo fans and supporters Florence and Wayne Mohler (they take the BEST care of our contestants).
PARKING & CAMPING: We will have parking attendants to help get you parked. Space is limited and can sometime be challenging with all the Pine trees in our beautiful mountain setting. Also, the Horse Park does NOT allow any over night trailer tie or self penning of horses. Therefore, if you are spending the night with a horse please rent a stall (see below). Please be kind during the parking and check-in process. We are all volunteers working diligently to try and make your time at the Cle Elum Roundup the best experience possible.
DAY PARKING & DRY CAMPING Available free of charge on a first come first serve basis in the contestant parking area. No OVERNIGHT trailer tie or self penning of horses is allowed at the Horse Park. You must use an on-site stall (see info below) if staying overnight with a horse.
RV SPACES (water/sewer/electricity) - These spaces are very limited and MUST be reserved. Located in tree wrapped perimeter of the parking lot. The cost is $90 for the weekend (check-in Friday - Sunday checkout) additional days may be requested ($45 pr/nt). ABSOLUTLEY NO HORSES ALLOWED IN THE RV SPACES at ANYTIME. Not even to saddle/tack. ISLAND HOOKUPS (water/electricity) - These spaces are very limited and MUST be reserved. Located aside the treed parking lot islands. Cost is $90 for the weekend (check-in Friday - Sunday checkout) additional days must be requested ($45 pr/nt). Water & electricity are available for these spaces however may require LONG hose &/or electrical cord depending on space. Sewer dump is located near park exit. (OK to trailer tie during saddling as space permits. NO OVERNIGHT TRAILER TIE is permited. Click on the reservation button below to request a space.
STALLS: Stall are required for anyone staying over night with a horse. Purchases can be made onsite with the attendant near the contestant parking area. Cost is $35 per horse/per night (includes one bale of shavings and cleaning following your departure). Additional bales of shavings can be purchased for $12 per bale. There are plenty of stalls for everyone. Please have try to have exact cash or credit card for payment to attendant.
